Cabinet card. Young man in Navy uniform. Name on hat is U. S. S. Galveston. Written on back of card: "Shang - Hai, China. Sept. 1/06". This is probably George Emil Coulman, son of Anna Maria Seigler and her first husband George Coulman. George Emil was born in Lancaster on August 10, 1886, making him 20 years old when this photo was taken.
