Return of habeas corpus submitted by Bartram Galbraith to Jasper Yeates, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, regarding three persons of color, David "Davy", Sarah "Sall" (daughter of Charity), and Charity, servants or enslaved persons of Samuel Scott. The document confirms Galbraith's purchase of Davy and Sall, or of their remaining time of servitude.
