Still bustling with activity since 1730, Central Market is the oldest of several farmers' markets in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. A stroll down the market aisles fills shoppers with the sights and aromas of fresh baked goods, Lancaster County Swiss cheese, sweet bologna, smoked sausage, cup cheese, farm produce and home canned Pennsylvania Dutch specialty items.
