Statement listing lots #1-15 in Orange Street part of the estate of the late E. E. Lane: Lots #1-3 sold to Thos. D. Kelly; lots #4-6 sold to Jno. K. Bitner; lots #7-8 sold to W. W. Hensel; lots #9-10 sold to Geo. K. Reed, and lots #11-15 sold to Hirsh Brothers for a total of $4427.20. H. B. Swarr (attorney for Harriet Lane Johnston) acknowledges receiving $2213.60 from S. H. Reynolds for R. S. Jenkins on 2 April 1869.

Possibly road construction of what's now Route 222 - Robert Fulton Highway. "Kirk's Lane South". Kirk's Lane may refer to Black Barren Road which leads east to Kirk's Mills.
