Speer, Craft Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, postmarked Washington, 10 Dec 1900 at 2 p.m. and postmarked from Pittsburgh Dec. 11 at 4 a.m. Both edged in black. 1539 I Street Washington, D.C.
