A. Red and Yellow Coin Purse. Alternating band of red and yellow with alternating columns and clusters of steel beads. Metal eyelets sewn to upper edge, commercial rope drawstring double laced through. Steel beaded tassel fringe toward top on both sides. Beaded arch lace patterned fringe at bottom with additional interlooping fringes on either side.
B. Green silk reticule: Drawstring bag tapering to point at base with a green covered ball. Lined with white silk. Green cord for closing bag held in place near top by embroidery floss channel.
C. Blue hand-embroidered silk reticule. Different foliate patterns embroidered in tan floss on four panel. Buttonhole stitch edge on top curved edging; Chain stitch on side edges with small aqua-colored balls from four lower corners (one is missing). A long tassel hangs from the bottom tip of the bag. Inside top portion is lined with a brocaded white silk. Fine/thread-like cord is strung through top portion to close bag.
D. Black beading on dark green crocheted body. Bead-covered ball hangs from center of tapered bottom. A laced top border attaches the narrow body of bag to metal top closure. A metal ring is attached to the top with a movable metal peg on the adjacent side of the metal closure.
Tag attached to bag has "Hubley" printed on it. " M. Young" engraved onto metal frame.

Crocheted drawstrings are woven through a channel near the top of the bag. White linen lines the bag.
Square ivory and silver beaded purse with flap and pearl button closure. Floral silver band around edges of purse. Central design is of silver peach shape with ivory flower. Rows of beads form hard strap which is sewn to sides of purse at top. Interlooping fringes of beads dangle at bottom. Lined with grey fabric. "Made in France" on label inside
a. Circular leather purse with black beads in circular design on front and plain black suede back. Black bead intertwining loop fringes along bottom edge. Metal top frame with ornate foliate and floral design, circular push release button and chain-link handstrap that is attached to an ornate clip to hang purse onto clothing/belt. Interior lined with leather. Open pocket on one side. Patent on frame dated Feb. 27, 1900.
b. Black fabric drawstring bag with designs of silver beads. Bead loop fringe along bottom. Interior lined with white fabric. Drawstrings are black twisted cording knotted at ends.
c. Black cotton knitted and crocheted miser purse decorated with silver beads and opened/closed by two metal rings that slide along the center part of the purse. One side of the purse has triangular and foliate beaded designs with a rounded end and a metal ball tassel. The other end is square with beaded grid and a metal fringe along the edge.
d. Black bead purse with 3-inch decorative bead fringe at bottom. Top metal edge snaps to close. 18-inch chain-link handle attached to metal top. Lining is brown and leather-like with a 2 by 3.25-inch pocket.
