Letter from Frank Anderson to J. B. Henry providing an update on Jamie’s appointment application. No one in the Secretary’s office offers much information, but General Medford’s letter might help, although Anderson is not very hopeful at this point. Some water damage on margins; Envelope with postmarks but stamp removed addressed to J. B. Henry, 777 Carroll St., Brooklyn, NY. Some water damage.
