Picture was taken the day before the fight.

9/28/57 - Villanova, PA - Bill Weir, Furman #20, cuts behind his blocker #74 John Harrington in the first period. Weir intercepted a Villanova pass and gained fifteen yards before being stopped. Villanova defender Rick Sapienza, #24, could not reach the Furman player.

9/22/56, New Brunswick, NJ: Left halfback Jim Rogers, of Ohio Wesleyan, rambles around Rutgers' left end for 20 yards in the second quarter of opening game here September 22. In photo top left he skips by Scarlet tackel Nick Kehayas (92), then, top right, tries to outfake back Bill Gatyas, as Ohio guard Bob Olson (64) moves in to help, but the speedy sophomore is grabbed by Gatyas (lower left) and tumbles to ground (lower right). Rutgers won first game for new head coach John Steigman, 33 - 13.
