Foltz enclosing an article written about him in a Norfolk newspaper (in reference to a letter he sent to the paper) and telling him that Foltz’s ship has finally been commissioned. U.S. Ship Jamestown, Norfolk. Newspaper clipping describing Buchanan’s qualities for President and supporting him as a potential candidate. It references a letter the paper received from Buchanan.
