Letter from John Henry Brown to Dr. G. R. Hoecker, Walnut Street, Philadelphia, regarding a portrait of William Frazier. Brown apologizes for his delayed response. He also describes the difficulties of fulfilling all the orders for miniature portraits, including unpleasant customers.
