Henry acknowledge receipt of letter and checks, bringing James Buchanan Henry's account up to date; looking forward to having [Frank] Jr., and his youngest nephew Pierre join him in his work; is happy Reg is doing so well; children Berty and Johnny are visiting; will go to the McColloh’s for dinner; would like Loulie’s set of furniture if James Buchanan Henry sells or rents his house unfurnished; asks for a letter of [Shilly] be forwarded; thinks an idea of James Buchanan Henry using steam is a good one; hopes Jamie gets into Annapolis; Reg sent him a letter and Frank sent one to Syd.
