Orders include: Poor Children, Almshouse, Bridges, Coroners Inquests, Prisons, Roads, Court House, and Tax Exonerations.

Roster of Gen. Welsh Post, No. 118. GAR (Grand Army of the Republic) from Columbia, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania dated June 30th, 1885. The roster contains lists of names of officers, past post commanders, members, and posts.
Pages 11 and 12 are detached from booklet, but remain inside the booklet.
