They show the name of the decedent, the decedent's place of residence, the name of the person renouncing administration, the name of the replacement administrator to be appointed, and date. The Phyllis Brubaker Collection contains notes, photocopies of articles and images and research of Phyllis Brubaker in the writing of her book The Lion in the Park. Published in 1997, the book describes the life and works of Lancaster County poet and artist Blanche Nevin.

Phyllis Brubaker was a guidance councelor for Solanco School District and Ephrata Area School District. She published "The Lion in the Park", a biography of the life and works of Blanche Nevin, in 1997.
