Memorandum from James Buchanan to Mr. Swarr giving details about a large parcel of land between Middletown and Harrisburg that Purser Welch conveyed to Christian Thudium, Thudium sold to W. M. Beetem of Carlisle and Beetem sold to Wheeler.
