The Antietam Battlefield Commission of Pennsylvania had a dedication ceremony in honor of the monuments erected by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to mark the position of thirteen Pennsylvania commands engaged in the battle during the Civil War. The program details which monuments would be dedicated, the timeline of events for the event, and who would be involved in the ceremony. The national anthem, "America," is written on the back of the program.
