Slaymaker, and Sarah Frances wife of Mrs. Henry Hall McLenegan, were all married in 1856. Th weddings wer attended by James Buchanan. Mrs. McLenegan and Mrs. Slaymaker moved to Beloit, Wisconsin on farms presented by their father.
