Plaque from Easter Seals commemorating Charles Stauffer Jr.'s participation; brass plaque mounted to wood base. Brass plaque reads: "Easter Seals / CHARLES F. STAUFFER, JR. / IN GRATEFUL APPRECIATION OF / DEDICATED SERVICE TO AND SUPPORT OF / THE EASTER SEAL SOCIETY / LANCASTER COUNTY SOCIETY / OCTOBER 1, 1973." No markings on reverse.
