Swarr enclosing a letter to Mr. Reed for Swarr’s approval; stating that, after reading Mr. Swarr’s letter to Mrs. Johnston, he sealed it and mailed it directly to her; noting that his daughter appreciated the kindness of Mr. and Mrs. Swarr to them and that they were pleased with the tomb and the size of the lot.
