Letter from E. Y. Buchanan to H. B. Swarr saying that he previously gave Mr. Williams Power of Attorney to have the interest, including that from West Virginia, funded and sold; and since he has now received the amount, asking whether he or Swarr should distribute it to the heirs. 1342 Pine Street, Philadelphia.
