Condition of sale of Buchanan’s Orange Steet property by his executors, Edward Y. Buchanan and H. B. Swarr. Includes newspaper advertisement of the property and a drawing of the property lying between East Orange Street and a public alley, bordered on property of Mr. Musselman and Mr. Thomas. Contains stamps. Manuscript of 3 pages.
