The Town Hall at New Castle, Delaware is located at the end of the green and is surrounded with contemporary residences. The old Dutch house was bult in teh 17th century and is beautifully furnished with appropriate furnishings. The brick house with the brick wall is an early 19th century residence and seems to perpetuate the old charm of the town.
