The Pennsylvania Dutch teach their children young the importance of a garden, so that not only fresh herbs and flowers but dried ones as well brighten their homes thorughout the year. Garden Tours are just one of 20 daily special events at this summer's 41st Annual Kutztown Folk Festival.
