Summary
These softbound volumes contain records of payments owed to winners of court cases against certain banks. Index at front lists banks mentioned. Each bank list includes names of parties involved, court term, date, case number, amount owed by bank and record of judgment and/or payment. Each list is arranged chronologically by court term and date.
Soft cover volume. Entries show amounts paid for attorney's fees, plaintiffs' bills, witness fees, arbitration costs, defendants' bills, office supplies, and labor. Entries relating to cases include court term and docket number.
