Democratic ticket for Virginia for Presidential Election, 1856
Description
Democratic ticket for Virginia depicting engravings of James Buchanan, candidate for President, and J. C. Breckinridge, candidate for Vice President. The list of electors for Virginia include their districts and the counties they represented. The election was held on Tuesday, 4 November 1856.

Yellowing paper, jagged, cut left front edge, foled into eighths with small hole on back center fold thru to 'nn' of Pennsyvania' on front. Acid burn marks on back in form of newspaper clippings. Ink signature burning thru to front.
