Receipt from Harriet Lane Johnston to H. B. Swarr dated November 28th in the amount of $2019.19 for rent of lots, “the estate of E. E. Lane, dec’d & interest in the ten percent of purchase money paid by the purchasers at sale of said lots.” With 2¢ U. S. Interrev. stamp.
