Envelope with postmarks and torn where stamp was addressed to J. Buchanan Henry, forwarded from Hotel Maryland, Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America to a hotel in Washington, D.C. Letter and envelope slightly water damaged; envelope bears postmarks 21-22 Feb and address is in a different hand. U.S. Naval Hospital, Yokohama, Japan.
