Description
Letter from T. S. Coolidge to J. B. Henry enclosing the results of a survey made by R. J. Brown and noting that all elements including the parts played by Mr. Goodman giving James Buchanan Henry clear title to the lot but right of way and docking privileges will be decided later by a separate deed and further additions to the lot can be made; the mortgage bond is also complete. This letter originally enclosed the letter in JBFP 3.1.2.052. Glens Falls, NY .
