Hensel; lots #9-10 sold to Geo. K. Reed, and lots #11-15 sold to Hirsh Brothers for a total of $4427.20. H. B. Swarr (attorney for Harriet Lane Johnston) acknowledges receiving $2213.60 from S. H. Reynolds for R. S. Jenkins on 2 April 1869.
