Description: Scrapbook of Grace Anna Brosius Biddle, 1926-1937. This scrapbook highlights Grace and Clement's involvement in the community and their international travel. Newspaper clippings describe Swarthmore College events, the Clement M. Biddle Historical Library, Boys Club Federation, Rotary Club, Community Chest campaign, Red Cross campaigns, Daylight Savings Bill, and an article from a Warsaw newspaper. The volume also contains ephemera, correspondence, telegrams, invitations, programs, and announcements regarding births, marriages, and deaths in the Biddle family.

Admin/Biographical History: Grace Anna Brosius was the daughter of Hon. Marriott Henry Brosius and Elizabeth Jackson Coates Brosius of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She attended Swarthmore College from 1895-1897. Title: Civil Case Papers, Divorce Papers

Description: Papers filed with the Court of Common Pleas during all proceedings of a civil case. Civil cases are non-criminal cases usually involving property rights, such as divorce, but also include injury and worker's compensation cases. Records may include pleadings, depostitions, commissions and interrogatories, warrants of attorney in every action, notes of testimony, reports of auditors, assignees, court rulings. Photographs and other forms of evidence may appear with the records. Documents show names of parties, dates, case number, and nature of plea.
