Description
Agreement between James Webb, Jr. and Frederick Pfoutz for Pfoutz to live in and have use of the old house, barn, and stable and farm the land owned by James Webb in East Caln Twownship, Chester County in exchange for payment of hay and a portion of his harvest, including buckwheat. Pfoutz is also allowed acreage for flax, Indian corn, and oats for his own use. Witnessed by John Hubley.
