Dunham, one of the legatees in the will of James Buchanan, that she received $22,221.66 in full satisfaction of the terms of the will. 11 September 1869, in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. Lancaster. Registered on 5 May 1870. Release by David Bair, president of the board of trustees of the English Presbyterian Church in the city of Lancaster, that he received $940.00 in cash as legacy from the will of James Buchanan. 14 October 1869. Lancaster. Recorded 5 May 1870.

Committee to choose a site for the new Municipal Airport included members of Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, American Business Club and Lancaster Aero Club. Pictured left to right are Jesse P. Jones, Sumner L. Brown, George P. Luckey, A.D. Howry, John H. Carter, Charles B. Weise, F.K. Brinkman, W.S. Raub, H.M. Hersh, William D. Grant, S.R. Slaymaker and G.W. Birrell. Photo take December 7, 1929. William Grant, Christiana businessman and president of Lancaster Airways, Inc. was killed in an auto accident three days later.
1963 Spelling Bee winner Stewart Straw of Clearfield, Pa. with another contestant. Contestants came from senior centers in 11 Pennsylvania communities. The Spelling Bee was sponsored by the Happy Hours Club of the Lancaster Recreation Commission.
