Lee stating that he is legally the president of the Virginia and Maryland Bridge Company; noting that during the war Mr. David Billmyer, a director, managed what was left of the Company and has been attempting to purchase additional shares; and suggesting that Mr. Swarr enquire of Mr. Billmyer about dividends due to Mr. Lane’s estate and asking that he inform Mr. Lee of the answer.
