"The Governor be, and he hereby is authorized and required to receive proposals, and contract with John Bioren, for thirteen hundred and fifty copies of his proposed edition of the Acts of Assembly of this commonwealth, to the end of the present session of the legislature, to be printed correctly on good paper, with entirely new small pica type, in four volumes royal octavo, of six hundred pages, each well bound and lettered, at the price of two dollars and fifty cents per volume ... approved--the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ten.
