Front and end covers are heavily worn. Front cover has a bend in it ~2" from the bottom.
Spine has red rot and is completely separated at the bottom ~3" on the end cover side.
Front and end leaves have been torn out. Also, the following leaves are missing parts of their pages; 1, 9, 23, 40, 49, 51, 56, 71 and 83.
