John Scott Davenport PhD does a wonderful job of creating a timeline of Conrad Foutz's life and providing a documented answer to the questions asked by Foutz family members. The book's introduction is actually a letter by Certified Genealogist Willard Heiss not only endorsing the work but praising Mr Davenport for tackling such a difficult case.
