Buchanan, Trustees, acknowledging receipt of a check for $951 after commission and asking Swarr to correct overcharges of commissions himself rather than burden others with finding mistakes such as occurred when commissions amounting to $39 were twice charged, which could not be explained to Mr. Lightner. Baltimore.

Three versions of Harriet Lane Johnston’s immediate distribution from James Buchanan’s will:
(1) Judge Black’s version, with Mrs. Johnston receiving $14,605.33 in cash,
(2) Mrs. Johnston’s version, with her receiving, in addition to the valuation of Wheatland, $18,605.33 in cash, and
(3) the version of the executors, E. Y. Buchanan and J. B. Henry, with, after the subtraction of $12,000 for the valuation of Wheatland, Mrs. Johnston receiving $6,605.33 in cash. Lancaster.
