Letter from Henry E. Johnston to H. B. Swarr asking for a time by which the executors would either select a biographer for ex-President Buchanan or assign the task to his other friends. Mr. Gillette is acceptable as biographer. Mr. Johnston also gives detailed instructions regarding the investment of trust income in Pennsylvania bonds or United States currency. Baltimore.
