American Federal era Sheraton style mahogany game table supported four tapered legs that are turned at the top and bottom with reeding in between and at the feet. Legs are surmounted by two drawers and a hinged tabletop. Opened, the tabletop surface is covered by felt cloth and has sunken storage slots. The open top is supported by a back gateleg. In a 2020 conservation the table's damaged green felt was removed and replaced; it revealed the owner;s name, Mary Lane Baker. Mary was Harriet Lane's older sister and wife to George Washington Baker.
