This collection contains letters to Annie Kendig (1852-1936), from Annie to her cousin and the obituary of Henry G. Rush. The majority of the letters are love letters written to Annie from Frank Griest (1853-1900), son of Elwood Griest, editor of the Lancaster Inquirer. Frank Griest's letters also include detailed descriptions of plants and technology exhibited in Lancaster, as well as occasional mentions of politics.
