Description
Pencil drawing on paper shows the old Lancaster Jail. A stone wall on the right abuts a 2-story stone structure with peaked roof and two chimneys. Three additional structures, one with a chimney are show. A pump is in the foreground.
Written cursively in ink on the back: "The Old Lancaster Jail/ W. King and Prince St./ Property of / Gertrude Hensel Haldy./ 136 N. Lime St./ Lancaster Pa./ Probably drawn by her/ Grandfather Wm. Hensel."
