Swarr noting that Mr. Macalester will be prepared to pay the amount of the Kennedy Bond & Mortgage on April 1st; asking whether the purchaser of Mr. Reed’s property will be prepared to pay on the same date; and suggesting that they authorize Mr. Gaw to sell the Virginia and Tennessee bonds as soon as they can get reasonably good prices on them.
