The orders show date, order number, amount, name of payee, purpose, and signatures of the county commissioners. In the case of "poor children," teachers were reimbursed by the county for tuition and/or the supplies purchased for students whose parents were unable to pay.

Elizabeth Peale's photo album before her marriage to Paul Ryder. Photo Album #3, page 49, has three pictures of varying sizes. (1) Two women, a young girl and a dog. Younger woman reading and this is titled "Espounding." (2) "On the Beach" 8 young people on the shore, most in bathing attire, two young children are not.
