Elizabeth Peale's photo album before her marriage to Paul Ryder. Photo Album #3, page 49, has three pictures of varying sizes. (1) Two women, a young girl and a dog. Younger woman reading and this is titled "Espounding." (2) "On the Beach" 8 young people on the shore, most in bathing attire, two young children are not. (3) Three little children standing in the water. They are identified as John Mellinger, Mary Elizabeth, and Elsie Blanche.
