The Recipe Book Collection contains manuscript recipe books and collections of recipes in unpublished formats. Featured are the recipe books of Rosina Hubley and Annie L. Herr. There are also loose clippings about food, plants, dyeing, and laundry; and recipes for medicine for farm animals.
Rosana Hubley’s Cookery Book. Kept by Rosina Weaver Hubley, proprietess of the White Swan Hotel which was on the southeast corner of Centre Square in Lancaster.
