"Rural couple from Appenzell-Ausserrboden in their parlor.The woman has an embroidery frame in her hand. Water-color by Joseph Reinhardt (1749-1829) for the copperplate series of the "Collection de Costumes Suisse," Basle, Birmann &Huber, 1839. Print Room Basle."
