Agreement between William Hamilton and Jacob Krug respecting the wood and timber on Hamilton's Lancaster estate between Harris's Ferry and Wright's Ferry. Krug paid Hamilton for the timber rights from 17 October 1789 to 1 May 1791. Prepared by Jasper Yeates.

Memorandum from Edward Young Buchanan and Hiram B. Swarr requesting that Mr. Cadwalader write a biography including the transfer of all documents, etc., pertaining to the biography to Mr. Cadwalader, and he alone will decide whether to proceed or not; no one will supervise of inspect the work or interfere with its execution; he will receive $3000 for expenses and the balance when the work is ready for publication; and his relationship will remain honorary.
