Printed by Wm. F. Racklife, South-West Corner of George and Swanwick Sts.

Brown overall with obvious center crease and some darker spots especially in the right margin. The newsprint has been glued to a piece of Masonite, with edges folded over. They are now loose.
Agreement by Daniel Gibbons and six others to pay the sums posted beside their names for the purpose of erecting the Friends meeting house on 9th Street near Spruce Street in Philadelphia.
