Swarr expressing happiness that Swarr’s eyesight has improved enough that he can write; thanking him for the information about the Trust investments; expressing approval of Mr. Hiester’s letter, noting that Mr. Johnston’s letter indicates a softening in his position and doubting that Judge Black will intervene; and planning to meet Mr. Swarr at Gaw & Bacon at the appointed time.
