Coolidge to James Buchanan Henry saying that he has mailed the map and enclosing a letter from Brown; offers two ways the property line can be drawn to give advantage to James Buchanan Henry for right-of-way and dock privileges; county clerk as mailed a later search and finds that Judge Hiram Barber allowed the tract to be sold to Lemuel C. P. Seelye, a brother-in-law of the judge’s; and will get a quit-rent from Mr. Barber. Glens Falls, NY.
